Adilynn Part 1

You may remember this pregnant lady from a few weeks ago. Well she isn't so pregnant anymore!Adilynn Michelle was born on the 9th of June. Sorry Jason, just one day late. :)

This little beauty was just 12 days old on the day of her 1st shoot. She was such a great model and was just so content with her new surroundings. Ryan and Alicia, she is beautiful and we are so excited for you.

THE Trendy Sisters Part 2.5

Ok so we are finally back from Jasper after a fun weekend with family.  These have been done for awhile now but I have not been patient enough for dial-up!  Ashlee, Azzy's will be up tomorrow!!  Come back then.

ARGH...I so had pictures posted and just before leaving the bliss I like to call wireless I forgot to hit publish. Now that I am in Jasper and my parents have dial-up there is no way I am going to publish these pictures this weekend. I have them edited but you will just have to wait! SORRY! I am editing Azstryd's now so those will be up by the end of the week too! Thanks for being patient - cause God knows I'm not! :)

M.I.A.

I am so sorry I have been MIA this week. However if you haven't heard through the grapeview...I quit my job on Monday! And as shocked as you may be I am not quiting to take pictures full time! JK...even though I am staying busy enough to consider myself full-time I am very gracious and excited for my new position. I hope to have great things to share once I get started next week. SOOO the big change around here will be less posts. Believe me when I say that just because you will be seeing less posts does not mean I will be taking less pictures. I have 4 weddings scheduled starting July 19th, 2 seniors to shoot this month, another engagement session and what seems like hundreds of cute little kids. Three prime examples of the pictures to come are these girls! Azstryd is the daughter of one of my friends from high school and Lyvia and Nyla are well known models from www.trendysisters.com. I met their mother, the designer behind the Trendy Sister's line, at the baby expo this spring and just couldn't get enough of her hand made outfits.

Happy Father's Day!!

I am posting these with the thought that I just may be able to draw my husband to my website and really any and all males who could care less about what I normally shoot.  And yes I went a little crazy with the editing of these pictures but it was just so much fun.  With people you kinda have to worry about what the effects will do to skin tones.  No worries with metal and chrome.  Hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful weekend.  Stay tuned this week for two shoots I have scheduled for Wednesday.  Both families are new to the blog!!

I just love this one.  I think it's funny that even though we are in the day and age of crisp clean color photos I still love the look of this picture.  Such a throwback to the '70's.  Reminds me of the my parent's wedding pictures and all the pictures people would take in front of their "classic" cars.  I can picture my dad standing next to this thing with the full mustache, sport tank top and short shorts now!!  Sorry Dad, I had to. :)
